1. General provisions.
1.1. UnifyHub OÜ, Registration number: 14912839 (hereinafter — the “Company”) located at Harju maakond, Maardu linn, Pirnipuu pst 123-3, 74117, Estonia respecting its customers, including visitors of the website https://unifyhub.eu (hereinafter the “Website”) (hereinafter — the “Clients”), the right to privacy, undertaken to ensure the protection of their personal data and the protection of their rights as data subjects.
1.2. This privacy policy regulates the basic principles and procedures for the collection, processing, and storage of personal data of all the Company's Clients.
1.3. By using the Company's Website or services, thereby providing the Company with your personal data, you agree to the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
1.4. UnifyHub OÜ processes your personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act of Estonia and GDPR for providing this Website and other applicable legal acts regulating the protection of personal data (hereinafter — the “Regulation”).

2. Terms used in the Privacy Policy.
2.1. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject); "identifiable natural person" means a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by an identifier such as name, personal identification number, location, and internet identifier or by one or more physical identifiers of that natural person, characteristics of physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
2.2. Data subject — a natural person — a customer of the Company (including visitors to the Website), whose personal data is collected by the Company.
2.3. Data subject's consent means any freely given specific and unambiguous expression of the will of the duly informed data subject, either in a statement or in an unambiguous manner, in which he or she consents to the processing of personal data concerning him or her.

2.5. Processor means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
2.6. Data controller – UnifyHub OÜ, a company established in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, Registration number: 14912839, Address: Harju maakond, Maardu linn, Pirnipuu pst 123-3, 74117.
2.7. Direct marketing is the activity of offering goods and services to individuals and/or seeking their opinion on the goods or services offered by post, telephone, or other means.

3. What personal data do we collect?
3.1. The Company collects and further processes the following personal data of you, which you provide when ordering services: name, surname, address, personal identification code/date of birth, email address, address of residence, data related to the provision of services, order details, payment details, information on consent and non-consent to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, passwords, any other data you provide on your own initiative when registering, ordering services and/or purchasing goods. Your personal data is stored by the Company during the period of our cooperation and for 1 (one) year after the end of the cooperation.

We process your personal data in order to implement the legitimate interests of the Company, i.e. preparation and transmission of commercial information, services provision and to carry out activities related to them, which are specified in separate regulations e.g. accounting.

Conclusion, performance, and/or termination of the contract, for the performance of contractual obligations.

6. How is your personal data processed?
6.1. 7.1. The Website is hosted by Tilda hosting company.

8. Your rights as a data subject.
8.1. You have the following rights of data subjects, which we will exercise upon receipt of your request (by email office@unifyhub.ee; by sending it by post to Harju maakond, Maardu linn, Pirnipuu pst 123-3, 74117) after duly confirming your identity:
8.1.1. access to your personal data and how it is processed,
8.1.2. request the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you,
8.1.3. request that your incomplete personal data be supplemented,
8.1.4. require the Company to delete personal data relating to you if:
8.1.5. it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
8.1.6. you withdraw your consent, and there is no other legal basis for processing your personal data;
8.1.7. personal data have been processed illegally;
8.1.8. and on other grounds set out in the Regulation;
8.1.9. require the Company to restrict the processing of your personal data;
8.1.10. to receive personal data related to you, which you have provided to the Company in a systematized, commonly used and computer-readable format (you also have the right to request the Company to transfer your personal data to another data controller);
8.1.11. do not consent to the processing of personal data concerning you (e.g., for direct marketing or otherwise).
8.2. Please be informed that if you believe that your rights as a data subject have been violated, you may file a complaint to the local personal data protection authority.

9. Processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes.
9.1. We will send you the Company's newsletters by email and/or inquire about the quality of existing services only with your prior consent and in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.
9.2. The following personal data of you is processed for direct marketing purposes: name, surname, email.
9.3. Your personal data is stored for direct marketing purposes until you opt out of receiving direct marketing communications.

10. To whom is your personal data provided?
10.1. Access to your personal data by the Company's employees is granted only if it is necessary to perform their duties and only if the employee undertakes to observe confidentiality requirements.
10.2. The company may provide your personal data: to law enforcement authorities, where there is a legal basis for this, in response to official requests from government authorities and courts, but only after verifying the legality of these requests; to other third parties with your consent; to data controllers who provide services to the Company and process your personal data on behalf of the Company and for or on behalf of the Company:

11. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 16 through our Service without permission from their parents or guardians.
