About UnifyHub

UnifyHub designs and manages corporate language training for international IT and technology teams. We assess current language ability, identify the situations in which employees need English, form workable groups, match educators to the programme and report progress throughout the learning cycle. Our standard library includes more than 50 programmes, while fully bespoke programmes can be developed for a company’s own workflows and materials when the task requires it.

What we work on

Technology teams rarely need English in the abstract. They need it to give a short stand-up update, clarify a requirement, explain an incident, challenge a proposed change, write a useful bug report or guide a client through a product decision.
That is why we connect language development with the work people actually do. A software engineer, QA specialist, DevOps engineer, product manager and engineering manager may have a similar CEFR level and still need very different practice.

How the programme works

Assessment and needs analysis

We establish an individual language baseline and identify recurring workplace communication tasks
1
Our managed model has five stages:

Programme design and educator matching

We select an existing programme or define a bespoke scope and match the right educator
3

Live training

Lessons use meetings, calls, documents and communication problems that resemble the participants' work
4

Measurement and adjustment

We track participation, assessment evidence and progress against agreed communication goals, then adjust the programme where needed
5

Grouping and goals

We form groups using level, shared tasks, role context and scheduling constraints

What we work on

UnifyHub has more than 50 existing programmes covering general and workplace English, including meetings, stand-ups, presentations, client communication and technical writing. These programmes can be selected and adapted to the level and role of a group.
Some companies need a programme developed from the ground up. Fully bespoke development may use internal documents, stakeholder interviews, proprietary workflows, company terminology, products and cases. That work is scoped and priced separately.

What training can and cannot show

  • Attendance shows participation.
  • Completed hours show learning volume.
  • An assessment shows performance under defined conditions.
  • Educator observations can show changes in a specific task.
  • A business result needs evidence beyond the language programme.
We keep these layers separate so that HR and L&D can use the reporting without turning one test score or satisfaction result into a claim it cannot support.
