Pricing used in the estimate
The group and individual prices use different educator packages. The comparison is intended for budget planning and is not a like-for-like comparison of identical educator profiles.

What is included
The estimate covers a standard programme selected from UnifyHub’s existing library of more than 50 programmes. Platform access is included. Team assessment is included when the company purchases a training programme. Standalone assessment projects are quoted separately.
What is not included
Fully bespoke programme development is not included. It may involve internal company documents, stakeholder interviews, proprietary workflows, company terminology, products and cases. UnifyHub defines and prices that scope after reviewing the task.

All estimates exclude VAT. VAT is added where applicable. The result is an indicative estimate and is not a commercial offer. Final pricing depends on the confirmed number of groups, format, scope and contract terms. Rescheduling or cancellation without additional charge requires at least 24 hours' notice under the programme terms.

One academic hour is 45 minutes. The calculator also converts the selected programme length into 60-minute hours.
Is the price per learner or per group?
Individual training is priced per learner. Group training is priced per group for each academic hour, with up to eight learners in one group.
Does the calculator include VAT?
No. All estimates exclude VAT. VAT is added where applicable.
Does the estimate include a team assessment?
Team assessment is included when a company purchases a training programme. Standalone assessment projects are quoted separately.
Does the calculator include a bespoke course?
No. A programme developed from the ground up around internal company materials and workflows is scoped and priced separately.
