Co-Founder, UnifyHub

Stanislav Kirillov

Stanislav works with HR and L&D teams on the decisions that make a corporate language programme manageable: what to assess, how to set it up, what to report and what the evidence can reasonably support.

Professional bio

Stanislav Kirillov is Co-Founder of UnifyHub. He works with HR and L&D teams on the operating side of corporate language programmes: needs analysis, programme setup, reporting, reviews and the interpretation of learning data. He has worked in corporate education since co-founding Lingvoexpert in 2007. Earlier, he held marketing leadership roles in international companies. Stanislav holds a PhD in Sociology from Herzen Russian State Pedagogical University and the academic title of Associate Professor (Docent). He taught at the university from 2003 to 2020, covering corporate reputation, organisational communication, knowledge management and consumer behaviour.

Current role at UnifyHub

Stanislav is involved from the first client conversation to the point when a programme is reviewed and the next decision has to be made. He helps define the scope, delivery conditions and reporting needs, then works with the teams responsible for assessment, curriculum and delivery.
His focus is the client and programme process. A broad request such as "our engineers need better English" has to become an agreed plan: which employees are included, where they use English, what evidence will be collected, how groups will be formed and what HR will receive during the programme.

Areas of expertise

  • Corporate learning and programme operations
  • Needs analysis for international technology teams
  • Programme setup, account management and reporting
  • Training measurement and the interpretation of learning data
  • B2B relationships and business development
  • AI literacy and the use of AI in corporate education

What we work on

UnifyHub has more than 50 existing programmes covering general and workplace English, including meetings, stand-ups, presentations, client communication and technical writing. These programmes can be selected and adapted to the level and role of a group.
Some companies need a programme developed from the ground up. Fully bespoke development may use internal documents, stakeholder interviews, proprietary workflows, company terminology, products and cases. That work is scoped and priced separately.

Experience and scale

17 years
of experience
150+
corporate clients
20 000+

These figures are current for 2026. Programme outcomes and client examples are published separately on the Results and Case Studies pages, with their context and measurement basis.

What training can and cannot show

  • Attendance shows participation.
  • A business result needs evidence beyond the language programme.
  • Educator observations can show changes in a specific task.
  • An assessment shows performance under defined conditions.
  • Completed hours show learning volume.
We keep these layers separate so that HR and L&D can use the reporting without turning one test score or satisfaction result into a claim it cannot support.

Start with the roles, communication situations and current language baseline. We will help you decide what should be assessed and what kind of programme is appropriate.
