Corporate English Provider Evaluation Scorecard
Compare providers against the same evidence, not the quality of a sales presentation. Ask how employees are assessed, who owns programme decisions, how role-specific content is built, how educators are matched, what HR receives and which claims the reporting can support. Pricing should be comparable on the same lesson length, group size, included services and VAT basis.

How to use the score
Do not select a provider from the total alone. Treat an undefined assessment, unclear data access or unsupported outcome claim as a separate decision risk. Add comments and evidence links beside every score. A lower-cost provider may still be appropriate for a standard general course; a more managed model may be appropriate when several roles, countries and reporting needs are involved.
